Doug Porter

Douglas "Doug" Porter (born August 15, 1929) is a former American football coach. He served as the head coach at Mississippi Valley State University (1961-1965), Howard University (1974-1978), and Fort Valley State University (1979-1996), compiling a career college football record of 115-111-5. He was also an assistant coach at Grambling State University under Eddie Robinson. Porter was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2008.
